I spent over 20+ years in management, negotiating deals and solving problems for clients in different capacities. When I went through the property buying process myself, I saw how one-sided it was. Buyers were expected to navigate a complex market with no real support.
That's why I started Iconic Assets — to give buyers what they actually need: independent representation, honest advice, and someone who works exclusively for them.
My role is straightforward. Find the right property. Negotiate it properly. Make sure you don't overpay. Everything else is noise.

Why I Do This
The System Is Stacked Against Buyers
Selling agents work for sellers. Their job is to get the highest price. Meanwhile, buyers are expected to figure it all out themselves. That doesn't seem fair to me.
Good People Deserve Good Advice
Most buyers aren't stupid — they're just busy. They don't have time to become property experts. They need someone who knows the market, does the research, and tells them straight.
I Actually Like Doing This
There's something satisfying about finding the right property for someone, negotiating a good deal, and seeing them get the keys. That never gets old.
How I Work
Direct Communication
You deal with me. Not an assistant, not a call centre. When you have a question, you get an answer from the person doing the work.
Honest Advice
I'll tell you if a property isn't right. I'll tell you if you're paying too much. I'll tell you if a buyers agent doesn't make sense for your situation.
Research First
I don't guess. Every recommendation is backed by comparable sales, market data, and proper due diligence. You'll know exactly why I'm suggesting something.
No Pressure
I don't get paid more for pushing you into a quick decision. Take your time. Ask questions. The right property is worth waiting for.
